25- Both, I stick to my guns, but try to find common ground by which I can reason with a person.
26-Neither. Is God any less good for having mercy on whom he will have mercy, and hardening (showing justice) to whom he wills? See Romans 9:17-19. However, we as sinful people have a greater appreciation for mercy than we do for justice, and God has called us to mercy, so from that standpoint, perhaps it is safe to say mercy.
